Kids who check out an agricultural related book (farm, animal, food, tractors, etc.) from an Osceola Library Branch location between January 1, 2017 and February 5, 2017 will get the chance to be entered into a drawing for one (1) 2017 Osceola County Fair VIP Ride Armband. Ten (10) names will be drawn on Monday, February 6 and will be available to pick up at your preferred library branch on Thursday, February 9.
